Supervisor Trainee (Mech)

• A recognized Indian University or Institute offering a full-time, regular Diploma in “Mechanical” Engineering.
• Minimum 65% grades or an equivalent CGPA over the course of all years and semesters (relaxable to 60% for those who identify as SC/ST).

Supervisor Trainee (Civil)

• Regular full-time Diploma in “Civil” Engineering from an accredited Indian University or Institute.
• Minimum 65% grades or an equivalent CGPA over the course of all years and semesters (relaxable to 60% for those who identify as SC/ST).

Supervisor Trainee (HR)

• Regular full-time bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Work, Business Management, or Business and Social Studies from an accredited Indian University or Institute.
• Minimum 65% grades or an equivalent CGPA over the course of all years and semesters (relaxable to 60% for those who identify as SC/ST).

Selection Procedure for BHEL Supervisor Trainees in 2023

• The Computer-Based Examination (CBE) is required of all candidates who are at least theoretically eligible.
• In a ratio of 1:3 to the number of openings in each category, candidates will be shortlisted for document verification based on their CBE scores.
• Candidates found qualifying (eligible) after document verification and scrutiny will be arranged on the merit list according to their CBE scores, and this will be the only basis used to establish the final merit order.

Emoluments & Training

• Candidates seeking a supervisor post at BHEL For a full year, trainees will receive instruction.
• Throughout the training period, an employee will receive basic pay ranging from Rs 32,000 to Rs 1,00,000 per month.
• The trainees would be hired as Supervisors with a base wage of Rs 33,500 after successfully completing their training, and their pay scale will be between Rs 33,500 and Rs 1,20,000.
• Aside from Base Pay, Dearness Allowance, Perks, and Other Allowances and Benefits such Leave, Health Care for Oneself and Dependent Family Members, Provident Fund, Gratuity, Uniform, Company’s Accommodation or HRA, etc., will be receivable in accordance with Company Rules as they become applicable from time to time.
• Supervisor Trainees receive approximately Rs 7.5 Lakhs in CTC annually.
